New Description

First record of the genus Amauronematus Konow (Hymenoptera: Symphyta: Tenthredinidae: Nematinae) with three new species from the Oriental region

Abstract

With three new species, the genus Amauronematus Konow is reported for the first time from India thus it has extended its faunistic limits to the Oriental region.  Described and illutrated in this paper as new are A. dilatus, A. kulwantae and A. tesa.  A key for separation of the Oriental species is provided.
